H&M Dressing Room and Holidays

Hello guys!!

Did you miss me?? Stupid question, we have one follower so probably not but anyway :)

Shout out to Carmen Priotto, our FIRST FOLLOWER WHOOP WHOOP!!

Anyway, I have recently returned from the Netherlands and that's why I haven't done any recent posts. I have a long list of posts I need to do but I am just so busy!! If you want to hear (read?) more about my holidays, check out my personal blog (skittlesandmobilephones.blogpsot.com) for the posts coming this week :)

The main purpose of this blog is to show you an epic outfit I made and where you can get one just like it!

So I'm gonna do this in steps, I'll start with the eye-opener of the outfit:

This is a turquoise skirt from H&M and I think it is the most eye-catching part of the outfit. It is very simple yet it has a certain 'umph' to it. This is great if you are curvy or have a great butt or even if you have very long legs as it will accentuate these features beautifully ;)

Now for the blouse:

This blouse goes really well with the skirt because it is loose and semi-flowy unlike the skirt, it is also patterned which draws some of the attention away from the skirt but because the colours are simple it is not too distracting.
Having it buttoned right up also balances the revealing-ness of the skirt while still showing some bare skin on the arms.

I paired this with some simple heeled court shoes:

I figured that the outfit would be too busy if I added funky shoes so these are purely functional.

Finally, I added a simple black blazer to finish the look, the blazer is definitely the priciest part of the item so if you didn't want to splurge, a simple black cardigan (not buttoned up) would work fine too.

The blazer keeps the style of the outfit and adds a slightly more professional look to it. I couldn't find a good bag on H&M dressing room (where I made this outfit) but this would be nice with a patent leather clutch or  over the shoulder long strapped bag. Nothing too chunky or cheap.

All of these items can be bought at H&M (http://www.hm.com/gb/) for the prices listed in the previous picture. I hope you enjoyed this post!

See ya later alligators!!
